Q: What file formats do you accept for magnet design submissions?
A: For vector art, we accept .PDF, . AI, and .EPS files.
For images, it’s gotta be .JPG or .PNG—and make sure it’s at least 300 dpi at full size!
Always, always design your magnet art in CMYK color mode. That’ll get you accurate colors during the printing process.
Q: Is there a return policy?
A: Insanely customized magnets mean there’s a high chance no one else wants your personal design, right? So the official line is that we don’t allow returns—but if there’s an issue, we’ll do what we can to make it right. Send us an email within two business days of delivery, and we’ll talk it out.
Q: How do I best apply the magnet to my car?
A: Make sure the surface you’re applying it to is completely clean and dry. After that, just go ahead and slap it on there. It’ll stick! Like magic!
