In Digital Printing, colors are created using a mix of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black inks. Standard Black that you commonly see is created by utilizing a mix of 100% black, but is that black enough?
In most cases, yes.
However, if you want the lushest, richest black achievable there's another option. We call it "Super Black."
Using a very specifically balanced formula of colors Super Black is unrivaled in its beauty. When compared to Super Black side by side 100% black is slightly dull & gray. To the casual observer this is usually inconsequential, but if you're looking to take your designs to the next level Super Black is a great step.
You can set up this specific color mix in your art file using info provided (above) or request Super Black during the proofing process with your Sales Advisor.
