Digital Diecut Stickers:

Digital Diecut stickers allow a greater opportunity for more intricate artwork, and also provides the ability to now print full color images. We use a varity of different vinyl brands for this process and we provide an option of laminating the stickers with a UV Protective Abrasion Guard. This Abrasion Guard protects the sticker from light scratches, damaging rays of the sun and water. Once printed, these full color decals can then be sent to our plotter, where they can be diecut to set-forth parameters - either KISS-CUT OR FULL PUNCH CUT. Similar to standard Diecut stickers, once properly installed, these decals will leave no residual materials behind on your surface. This new technology has provided our clients endless possibilities for expanding their marketing and promotional ideas.

Digital Diecut Stickers are great for company logos which incorporate full color imagery such as landscapes, people(s) and objects. Our state of the art Mimaki printers will print your business's images at a respectable 300dpi resolution and will deliver graphics that can withstand even the harshest of environments.

We here at DCS take great pride in minimizing our Environmental impact and whenever possible,prefer to use our newest addition to the DCS Sticker Lab; the Eco-Solvent ink printing, Mimaki CJV30-100. This state-of-the-art, Japanese created machine uses inks that are far more environmentally friendly over standard solvent ink printers that most of our competitors choose to use. Our mild solvent "ECO" inks reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) that off-gas into the atmosphere during the ink’s drying cycle making the working environment much safer for our Sticker Scientists! Also, these "ECO" inks do not lose any edge over their standard solvent ink cohorts since we combine an additional step in our production process by cold-press laminating a CLEAR abrasion guard over each sticker. Color brilliance and durability are not jeopardized while Environmental impact and Personal safety issues are prioritized.
